I can say without exaggeration that the pace of construction work in our area is high. The stream of large-scale work carried out since Tokpeisov Galym Kasymovich became the leader of our sacred land is endless. The Balkhash region is becoming more and more prosperous. Of course, this is the result of the painstaking work of the builders, despite the heat and cold of the day.

In this regard, on the eve of the builders' holiday, I would like to once again dwell on the construction work carried out in our area. First of all, all residents of the district are aware of the pace of construction of a five-story 20-apartment building in the district center. As a reminder, in February 2021 Asan M Company LLP won the construction of the facility. The construction period for the house, which began on April 12, is six months. The house has 20 apartments, including 5 three-room (67.52 m2) and 15 two-room (56 m2).

The general contractor for the overhaul of the Akimat building of the Akkol rural district is Baur Kurylys Company LLP. Construction work is nearing completion today. The construction period is three months.

In addition, overhaul and seismic rehabilitation of the Central Hospital of the district center began on August 18, 2020. The contractor is Nurshapagat Kurylys LLP. To date, 80% of construction work has been completed. The construction is scheduled to be completed on November 18. The customer of the construction work is the Construction Department of the Almaty Region.

Overhaul of the Zhideli secondary school in the village of Zhideli began in June this year with the signing of an agreement with Construction Company LLP and construction work began. To date, 50% of construction work has been completed. Construction is scheduled to be completed on October 4.

It is clear that the construction industry is the foundation of the economy. The world power of any country depends on the development of the construction industry. With the support of the state for the 30th anniversary of independence, the construction industry has rapidly developed in the country. Over the years, the Balkhash region has also changed. We know that all this is the result of the work of builders.
