August is a hot time for parents. Children need to be collected for school or attached to a kindergarten.

It has now become easier to send a child to kindergarten – you can submit documents online through several platforms, including the Egov portal. All you need is a gadget connected to the Internet.

Here is an instruction on how to do this through the portal Egov.kz:

1. Log in, select the service "Acceptance of documents and enrollment of children in preschool organizations";

2. Click on the "Order service online" button;

3. Fill out the application and sign it with an EDS (electronic digital signature) or using an SMS password (you must have registration in B).

4. In your personal account (in the "Service receipt history" section), read the notification about the processing of your application.

When filling out the application, you will need to specify your contact phone number and email address, who you are (parent or legal representative of the child). After that, you will need to fill in the data, specifying the type of queue, serial number, referral number to a preschool organization, your region, district/city, type and name of the preschool institution, group and language of instruction.

Be sure to attach scanned copies of the child's health passport and a certificate of the baby's health status to the application.

The service is free of charge. The term of rendering is 30 minutes.
