Registration at the place of residence

Now, to register at your place of residence, it is enough for you to have Internet access and 15 minutes of free time. If for some reason you do not have a permanent residence permit, we recommend that you fix it as soon as possible-if you do not have a residence permit, you may be fined.

Here is an instruction on how to do this through the e-government portal:

- Log in to eGov.kz using an EDS

- Find the service "Registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the search and click "Order the service online"

- Fill out the application and sign it using an EDS. The owner of the housing also gives his consent through eGov.

- The service delivery period is no more than 15 minutes, a notification about the processing of your application will be sent to your personal account.

You can register through the PSC, but this requires the personal presence of the owner of the housing and his consent.
