What is the"Mobile Citizen Database (BMG)"?

BMG is a database of mobile phone numbers of customers who will be able to receive all services in a few minutes through eGov.kz, the eGov mobile app and telegram bot.

There are several ways to register with BMG:

1) Through the portal eGov.kz

Without EDS: Go to eGov.kz > in the lower right corner, click on "Virtual Assistant" > select "Calls" > select " PSC "> click "Video Call" > after connecting with the virtual assistant, show "ID cards" > dictate the phone number > say the confirmation code sent by the assistant > Done!

With EDS: Open eGov.kz > go to the "Personal Account" > enter the phone number in the "Phone" column > sign the request using the EDS.

2) eGov mobile app

Log in to eGov mobile > go to your "Personal Account" > enter your phone number in the "Phone" column > enter the confirmation code.
