Acceptance of applications to the Government's "Talent Pool" for citizens has started Candidates who want to apply to the personnel reserve need to register on the website talent.gov4c.kz. When submitting an application in the system, you must fill in your personal data, specify the region, the name of the organization in which you work/worked, the position and direction of activity. In addition, when registering, information about education, work experience, contact phone number and e-mail is filled in. The candidate must also attach copies of the identity card, diploma, certificates and letters of recommendation (at least three). After the registration procedure, a confirmation letter is sent to the specified email address, and when clicking on the link specified in the letter, the applicant must sign the user agreement with an EDS key. "The online application platform is intuitive and user-friendly. The registered persons can supplement the information in the personal account, see the stages and results of the selection, which proves the full transparency and openness of the selection process. Applications will be accepted until March 10, " says Adil Kozhikhov, Chairman of the state corporation. The selection of candidates will take place in 3 stages. Those who successfully pass the testing stages will be interviewed by the members of the expert commission, consisting of government and public figures, HR experts and members of the state corporation's management board. Applicants who have received the highest score and passed the interview stage will be enrolled in the personnel reserve for subsequent appointment to the corresponding vacant positions.
