QR payments will help reduce the waiting time for customers in PSC centers

"Government for Citizens" has increased the list of public services for which you can pay a state fee using a QR code. Now Kazakhstanis, in the PSC of the country, can pay for all public services using their smartphone in a matter of seconds.

You can pay with a QR code, for example, for the production and issuance of certificates for land plots, registration of rights to real estate, a condominium object and other public services in the field of land relations, real estate and movable property, as well as state registration of legal entities.

"We understand that during a pandemic, it is important to significantly minimize the risks of queuing, and we try to implement and automate processes that will reduce the risks and be as convenient as possible for customers. The project on QR-payment for public services started a few months ago and during this time we managed to install equipment in all 339 public service centers for making payments via QR, " said Suyenish Abdildin, First Deputy Chairman of the state corporation's Management Board.

When visiting the PSC, citizens can immediately, without waiting in line at the cash register and waiting for a long time, instantly and safely pay for the received public services using a QR code in the Homebank apps and Kaspi.kz

Now, when ordering a particular service, the customer can ask the manager to generate a QR code for payment and make a payment using a smartphone within a minute. It is worth noting that the QR code is generated individually for each service and for each client.
