Today in # vtem, we will tell you how to apply for a referral to the sanatorium treatment of citizens and children with disabilities. So, what do you need to do for this?

📌To start, we recommend that you book an online queue at the PSC, namely in the preferential window and come 20 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm your reservation;

📌To apply, you must contact the PSC operator with the following documents:

📎Identity card; 

📎A power of attorney from a disabled person, which does not require notarization, in the case of an application by a person who has received a power of attorney from a disabled person;

📍The operator enters the necessary personal data about a citizen with a disability from the PSC information system. In case of lack of information, the applicant will need to additionally provide the following documents:

⏰The time of rendering the service without taking into account the day of submission of documents – 10 working days.
