Kazakhstanis can get an electronic technical passport for real estate

Recall that since November last year, only residents of the capital and the city of Shymkent had such an opportunity. Now the state corporation "Government for Citizens" together with JSC "National Information Technologies" has implemented this public service on the e-government portal egov.kz for residents of all regions of Kazakhstan. The new service will allow Kazakhstanis to get a registration certificate for real estate online, without visiting the PSC. 

To get an electronic technical passport on the e-government portal, you must enter the section "Real Estate" and select the service "Submission of an electronic application for obtaining a technical passport of a real estate object". After making an online request to the owners of apartments, dorm rooms, individual garages and suburban buildings, you need to attach the documents specified in the list.

The term of production of the document depends on the type of structure. According to the results of the technical survey data sheet apartments, rooms in hostels is given on the third day, individual garages and garden buildings - 5 working day.

Electronic registration certificates for apartments, dorm rooms, individual garages and suburban buildings will contain the same data that are issued in PSC with seals and signatures. Electronic analogues will be confirmed by an electronic digital signature of employees who were involved in the provision of public services. 

by the way, during the pilot project in nur-sultan and shymkent, more than 12 thousand citizens received new electronic registration certificates.
