A permit for a migrant worker through the PSC is issued only to citizens of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. after notification of arrival, citizens of uzbekistan and azerbaijan must submit documents for permission within 30, and citizens of tajikistan - within 60 calendar days.
