🔑Through the portal Egov.kz:

📌Log in to the portal Egov.kz;

📌Use the search engine to find the service " State registration of a condominium object»;

📌Request the service online;

📌Select the applicant;

📌Fill in the information about the residential building;

📌The next step is to check the land plot data;

📌Pay for the service via an electronic gateway;

📌Sign the application using your EDS.

 

☝ ️Please note that when submitting an electronic application, you will need scanned copies of the title document and identification document for the land plot. If the state fee is paid through a Bank, then a scanned copy of the document confirming the payment. 

 

🔑Registration via PSC:

📌To start, book an online queue at any PSC in your city and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time;

📌Confirm your reservation at the reception;

📌For registration of the service, it is enough to apply for only two apartment owners and a receipt for payment of state duty for the service. 

 

Please note that the original identity documents of the applicants or their official representative, documents confirming their authority to register the service, are required for identification of the data, and then returned to the applicant. Also, applicants must provide the PSC operator with title documents for the apartment to confirm ownership.  

 

⏰The service delivery time, excluding the day of submission of documents, is 3 business days.

💰The cost of the service is 2,404. 98 tenge.
