Good day to all! Today we will tell you how you can apply for the service "Appointment of benefits for the care of a disabled person of the first group from childhood" through the PSC. So:

📌to start, book an online queue at the PSC at the place of registration in the preferential window and come 20 minutes before the appointed time
📌To apply for benefits, please bring the following documents:
📎identity Card (for the applicant and persons with disabilities);
📎If care is provided for a person recognized as incapacitated, the application is submitted from their legal representative with documents confirming their authority;
📎If a person who has the status of oralman applies, a document on the status is provided;

📎Certificate of disability;
📎Document about the number of the Bank account to which payments will be transferred;
📎For residents of the city of Baikonur-reference of the Department for accounting and registration of citizens of the housing sector of the city of Baikonur.

📍If a person is incapacitated, then his official representative applies to the PSC.  The presence of a legally capable person when registering the service is mandatory.

⏰The service delivery period is 7 business days, not counting the day of submission of documents.
