Removal from registration at the place of residence🔑

If you are the owner of property, you have the opportunity to remove from permanent or temporary registration of a citizen registered with you. How to do this correctly in two ways, read our section # vteme:

 

📍Through the portal Egov.kz:

📌Log in to the portal Egov.kz;

📌Search for the service " De-registration at the place of residence of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan»;

📌Request the service online;

📌Confirm your address information;

📌Select the person you want to remove from registration from the list of registered users;

📌 Use your EDS to sign the application;

📌If there are co-owners of housing, they must confirm your actions in your personal account;

📌You can view the results of the service in your personal account of the portal.

Please note that to apply online, you must be registered in the mobile citizens database. 

 

📍Via PSC:

Забронируйте book an online queue at the PSC and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time;

📌Write an application for the service from the operator, specifying the IIN of the person being discharged;

📌The result will be ready within 5 minutes.

☝ ️Please note that when registering a service through a PSC, you must know the IIN of the person being discharged in advance. you can find it in your personal account Egov.kz.
