100 YEARS OF STATISTICS
The history of the significant date in our country begins on November 8, 1920. Since the government of the Kazakh Assr adopted the "regulation on state statistics in Kazaxr", which was the beginning of the unified centralized statistics system in Kazakhstan, this day has become a historical date for the statistics industry of the country and has become one of the professional holidays. State statistics-a centralized system for collecting and processing statistical information. In the modern system of statistics of Kazakhstan, the Statistics Committee is the authorized body for the formation and implementation of state policy in this area and organizes, coordinates and directs all statistical activities in the country.
In general, statistics are important not only for the government, but also for society. Because statistics at any regional, national and global level play an important role in political and business decision-making. At the same time, this sphere plays a significant role in determining the strategy of socio-economic development of the state. In particular, high-quality and operational statistical information on state administration bodies, international organizations, public and scientific organizations, employment and unemployment, poverty, prices, welfare of the population, investment, balance of payments, foreign economy, etc.has a special place in the system of state statistics.
According to statistics, the state has the opportunity to monitor the work of various industries and departments. Thus, it regulates the division of the budget. In addition to the state, international organizations and business structures apply to the work of statistical services. Therefore, the work of a statistician requires accuracy and correctness of analysis.
Statistics provide the necessary data. However, it not only serves as a mirror of certain indicators, but also plays an important role in making decisions. Therefore, statistical science develops the analysis of socio-economic phenomena through its own set of methods and rules. Even considering that it is used by other sciences in their research and practice, we can see that statistics play a huge role in our lives.
Over a hundred years, Kazakhstan's statistical system has changed in accordance with international requirements. Today, this area of the country has a legal system, branches of Statistics corresponding to the countries of the market economy, and statistical methods. At the same time, work is being successfully carried out on the introduction of modern technologies necessary for the creation of Statistics.
In Kazakhstan, the work of state statistics bodies is regulated by the law "on state statistics". Today, the development of statistical services is carried out in accordance with the strategic plan of the Ministry of national economy. To implement this plan, each state body annually sets out specific actions and draws up an operational plan.
Statistical bodies of the Republic can provide objective and complete information in accordance with international requirements in various areas, such as the economy, social and demographic indicators, agriculture and the life of the population.
The best specialists of the Department prove their skills with daily work. Among them are employees who consider it a matter of their lives, veterans of Statistics, in particular, Nurbekov Maikey, Askanbayev Sabyr, Akkushikov Bekbergen, Moldakhmetov era, who for many years headed the District Department of Statistics, who worked as a specialist along with our brothers Kaseinov Mukhamadi, who took a responsible approach to their activities and shed sweat in this area. "I don't know," he said, " but I'm sure you'll find it hard to believe."
Currently, the head of the Statistics Department of the district, Galymzhan Serikbayevich Orazbayev, Galymkul Sovetovna Kydyrbekova, Sania Samatovna Koishybayeva and Gulmira Kuanyshbayeva, token Zarina, Gulim Dodabayeva, Azamat Shulgaubayev, Karatay Meruert are distinguished by their qualifications.
