Organic production structures
It is reported that certified agricultural formations for the production of organic products are working in the region. They, Baiserke Agro LLP (Talgar district)- breeding livestock of dairy and meat direction, meat processing, production of dairy products. 770 heads of high-yielding dairy cows of the Holstein breed were imported from Canada. The dairy complex is equipped with the latest technology from the Swedish company "Delaval". The average milking of 1 cow is 25-30 kg per day.
Dinara Ranch LLP (Balkhash District)- engaged in breeding livestock of dairy and meat direction. The Netherlands purchased 1,500 heads of Holstein cattle and installed modern milking equipment of the Irish company "Dairymaster" (30 tons of milk are obtained per day, 13 operators provide services for milking 1,500 heads of cows).
