On amendments to the resolution of the akimat of Almaty region No. 198 dated May 12, 2020 "on approval of the amount of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production for 2020"
Article 27 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" , "On approval of the rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production" in accordance with paragraph 38 of the rules for subsidizing the increase in yield and quality of crop production (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 20209), approved by the order of the minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107:
1. make the following amendments to the resolution of the akimat of Almaty region dated May 12, 2020 No. 198 "on approval of the amount of budget funds for subsidizing the development of seed production for 2020" (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts No. 5523, published in the reference control Bank of normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on May 13, 2020) :
the annex to the said resolution should be redrafted in accordance with the annex to this resolution;
2. state institution" Department of Agriculture of Almaty region " in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of Almaty region;
2) posting this resolution on the internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submit to the State Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty region information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subitems 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
3. control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Almaty region S. Turdaliyev.
4.this resolution comes into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and enters into force from the date of its first official publication.
