Receiving and primary processing of requests
When receiving and primary processing, the correctness of requests is checked for compliance with the requirements of the sub-paragraphs 1), 3), 6), 7) article 52, paragraph 1, of the Code.
If the request does not meet the requirements set out in the sub-paragraphs 1), 3), 6), 7) paragraph 1 of article 52 of the Code, as well as the document specified in the Annex to the request is missing, the person who submitted the request, the subject, the official returns the request to the applicant, explain what requirements the request does not meet.
If the request was received on purpose, the office employee checks the request on the spot, and if violations are found, returns it to the applicant on purpose.
If the request was received by mail with violations of the requirements of article 52 of the Code, the clerk of the office draws up an act indicating the date of receipt of the request,as well as the grounds for returning the request; certified by the subject's own signature and seal and returned to the applicant by registered mail.
If it is impossible to establish the address of the applicant in the received request, then an employee of the office draws up an act and sends it for archival storage.
Acceptance of electronic applications is not allowed if the personal data of the electronic digital signature does not correspond to the personal data of the person indicated in the text of the application as the applicant.
Returning a request does not prevent a second request.
Refusal to accept an application that meets the requirements of article 52 of the Code is prohibited.
If an anonymous request contains information about criminal offenses that are being prepared or committed,or about a threat to state or public security, such request is subject to immediate redirection to state bodies for consideration in accordance with their compete
