In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local
public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”,
by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020
Year No. 107 “On Approval of the Rules for Subsidizing Increase in Yields and
quality of crop production” (registered in the Register
state registration of normative legal acts No 20209), akimat
Almaty region:
DECIDES
1. Approve the volume of budgetary funds for subsidizing development
seed production for each category of subsidized seeds in the Almaty
regions for 2022, according to the annex to this resolution.
2. State institution "Department of Agriculture
Almaty region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic
Kazakhstan order to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in
Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat
Almaty region after its official publication;
3. The control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to
Deputy Akim of Almaty region A. Zhakanbaev.
4. This resolution shall enter into force after ten
calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
