On the approval of the volumes of subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing the productivity and quality of livestock products
In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the order Ministerialism economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of livestock breeding development, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18404),gematologichesky region DECIDES:
1. Approve the volume of subsidies in the areas of subsidizing the development of livestock breeding and improving the productivity and quality of livestock products in accordance with Annexes 1 to this resolution.
2. To recognize as invalid some resolutions of Akimat of Almaty region according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. The State Institution "Department of Agriculture of Almaty region" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state legal Department of the Akim's office of the Almaty region of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the Deputy Akim of the Almaty region S. Turdaliyev.
5. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
