On amendments to the resolution of the akimat of Almaty region No. 92 Of March 11, 2020 " on approval of volumes of subsidizing the development of livestock breeding, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products»
In accordance with paragraph 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from January 23, 2001 "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the order Ministerialism economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2019 No. 108 "About approval of Rules of subsidizing of livestock breeding development, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 18404), akimat of Almaty region DECIDES:
To make the decision of akimat of Almaty region"On approval of subsidy amounts of livestock breeding development, increasing productivity and quality of livestock products"dated March 11, 2020 № 92(registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 5434,published on 11 March 2020 in the reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) following changes:
Annex 4 to the specified decision to state in new edition according to Appendix to the present resolution.
State institution "Department of agriculture of Almaty region" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of justice of the Almaty region;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of Almaty region after its official publication;
3) within ten working days after the state registration of this resolution, submission to the state-legal Department of the akim's office of the Almaty region of information on the implementation of measures provided for in sub-paragraphs 1) and 2) of this paragraph.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is assigned to the Deputy akim of the Almaty region S. turdaliev.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the judicial authorities and shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
