The governor of the city noted that within the framework of the program "7-20-25" initiated by Elbasy, 36% of housing loans for 5.1 billions tenge were issued in Almaty. At the same time, of the 1.5 thousand flats proposed in the country today, 40% are located here.

"Within the framework of the Five Social Initiatives of the President in next three years, 37 dormitories will also be built. Already today, construction of 7 buildings for 4 thousand seats is done. Four of them will be introduced this year. In turn, the state program "Nurly zher" allowed to increase the level of housing commissioning in the city to 7.5%. Meanwhile, according to the city housing program "Almaty Zhastary" over the past two years, the executive committee of Almaty has allocated 3 billions tenge. If last year on preferential terms apartments were received by more than 100 young families, then already at least 200 apartments will be distributed in it.
