The enterprise will extract up to 50 thousand tons of secondary raw materials: cardboard, cellophane, glass, plastic, metal, which will be sent for processing. In the future on the territory of the complex it is planned to create additional capacities for deep processing of secondary raw materials. All this in a compartment with the introduction of an integrated waste management system will reduce the environmental burden on the city's environment.
The governor of the city Bauyrzhan Baibek mentioned that the start of such a complex is a landmark event not only for the city, but for the country as a whole.

"The head of state always emphasizes the need to increase not only the efficiency, but also the environmental friendliness of enterprises through new technologies, which is what the digitalization program adopted in the country is aimed at. This complex is an example of such an approach, including correlating with the foundations of the heritage of EXPO-2017. The project was implemented on the principle of public-private partnership, with an investor with whom a contract was signed for 25 years, 5.4 billions tenge were invested, in turn the city provided land and all engineering communications",- Bauyrzhan Baibek noted.

On the territory of 3.9 hectares there is an administrative block, a garage for special machinery produced in Great Britain and the main sorting facilities where advanced Italian equipment is installed. The introduction of the company allowed to create 530 permanent jobs.

According to Aybek Rakhimov, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Tartyp", signing a long-term contract between the city administration and a consortium of private investors allows building an effective model of the company's work. Today, JSC "Tartyp" serves about 70% of the market of solid waste. On the balance sheet of the company 236 units of equipment, all garbage trucks are equipped with a GPS system, and a report on the condition before and after harvesting is provided by means of tablets from each garbage deck. One of the points of the long-term contract is the constant updating of the fleet and the automation of the processes, 30 Euro-4 cars have already been purchased and the route dispatching system has been introduced."
Due to the conditions created in the country, the consortiums of private companies together with the city were able in a short time, just a year to switch from discussing the layouts of the project to launching the complex. The main goal of this enterprise is to reduce the burden on the environment in the long term. We are confident that this complex will become an example, including for neighboring countries, already showing great interest, and we intend to continue to develop for the benefit of the whole region", - added Dmitry Danilchenko, director of Green Recycle LLP.
