The head of the Land Relations Department Ardak Samambetov told about the measures taken during an online briefing of the Regional Communications Service.

The issues of establishing the boundaries of the historical center of Almaty are under special control in the department. Ardak Samambetov told reporters how the instructions of akim are being fulfilled.

"In order to prevent spot development, the boundaries of the historical center have been established, within which 20 sites have been identified that are subject to seizure and redemption for state needs. Landscaping and landscaping will be carried out in their place. Currently, four plots have already been purchased," A. Samambetov said.

So, a plot of land was seized south of Levitan St., west of Gagarin St. for the future hospital. In addition, to provide high-quality medical care to the population, a land plot of 1.3 hectares has been allocated south of Al-Farabi St. and east of Syrgabekov St. for the construction of a hospital for 500 visits and a public garden.

At the same time, a ban on the division of agricultural land plots and the construction of low-rise buildings in the strip of mountain counters has been established to the south of VOAD, Al-Farabi Ave., Sain- St., Zhandosov St..

At the regional communication service briefing, it became known that in order to increase the state land fund, 22 land plots with a total area of 19.54 hectares were reserved.

By the end of 2022, it is planned to complete the purchase of land plots under the project for the construction of a transport interchange at the intersection of Seifullin and Zhansugurov Street, as well as punching Sain Street from Ryskulov to Monke Bi Street and punching Abai Avenue to the city border.

The head of the land relation department of Almaty city said that in 2023 it is planned to implement a project to provide public services through the portal of the RGIS (regional geoinformation system). In the coming year, the project "Automated accounting system for temporary land users" will be implemented.

Next year, the LRD intends to complete the purchase of land plots for projects: the construction of a U-turn overpass along Ryskulov Avenue in the Medeu district, the punching of Tole Bi Street from Yassaui Street to the city border, the punching of Ryskulov Avenue from F. Ongarsynova Street to the city border, the punching of Zhubanov Street from Momyshuly Street to the city border and the construction of the metro (Kalkaman station).
