New functions will appear in the electronic public reception of the executive committee“Open Almaty”, all city services will be combined with the possibility of receiving online services and the Open Budget function, when residents of the district will be able to launch initiatives and vote for spending a certain part of budget funds. The same features will appear in a special mobile application. In addition, a unified monitoring system is being developed for the integration of urban video surveillance cameras and GPS tracking of public transport.

“At a recent meeting with the governors, the Head of State ordered to expand the feedback channels with the population. We achieved for the realization of this task systematically, in addition to accounts in social networks and public reception "Open Almaty" we create a single contact center for working with the public. Citizens will not need to look for different numbers, everything will be decided by one number, from emergency services to providing information of a reference nature, ”said Bauyrzhan Baybek.

In turn, Almaty’s governor regularly monitors the progress of the execution of appeals of citizens by the executive committee of the districts and departments, including at all the hardware meetings. Funds are directed to specific issues, as a result, the number of complaints is gradually reduced.
