In Almaty, the realization of social programs of Elbasy (The First President) has been reviewed

The governor of Almaty Bauyrzhan Baybek noted that as the part of the realization of above mentioned programs, the city road map "Bakytty otbasy" was developed, aimed at supporting poor and large families. In general, today 50% of the city budget is aimed at solving and implementing social issues.

“We have already defined a building for the Mother Center, which will operate on the principle of one window. That is, any woman who needs help can come for a consultation; there will be separate children's rooms. First of all, mothers of many children will work in the center. In addition, since May, the first 200 families will begin to receive new housing. As you know, the Party Leader keeps all these issues in check. Funds allocated on behalf of Elbasy(the first president) must reach everyone. Field staff should not create obstacles, they have to be understandable, prompt. It is important to have elementary attention, care. We have all the resources for organizing this work, ”said Bauyrzhan Baybek.

Summing up the results of the Bakytty Otbasy charitable foundation, created under the auspices of the party, the deputy of the city maslikhat Gulnaz Akhmetova reported that 1086 large families of Almaty have provided assistance.

“For example, bills were paid for gas installation, housing repair, material assistance was provided to families who lost their breadwinner. The foundation and members of the parliamentary faction of the Nur Otan party 71 families were taken under constant patronage. Not only residents of Almaty, but also other regions of Kazakhstan are appealing, they are interested in our approaches to work and, of course, receive due advice, ”she said.

According to the chairman of the primary party organization Gani Tazhiev, the program “Kutty Meken”, the purpose of which is to strengthen the party control over the implementation of social and infrastructure projects, is of particular importance for Almaty.

“Over the past 3 years, more than 1,500 courtyards have been repaired in the city, parks and squares have been updated, about 60% of the city center has been modernized. Urban mobility is an important criterion of quality of life in many cities, therefore, the city is carrying out a comprehensive transport reform. The BRT line has been launched, it is planned to introduce a modern LRT tram network, the quality of roads improves every year. Within three years, more than 10 thousand families will be provided with housing. This is approximately 2,375 large families, 564 disabled, 345 orphans, 165 retirees and veterans. A pilot project “Participation Budget” will be launched in Almaty, within which a certain amount allocated to each district will be distributed by the residents themselves, ”said Gani Tazhiev.

Zhanna Tulegenova, Chairman of the Board of Almaty City Development Center JSC, reported on the digitalization of public services and the expansion of feedback channels with the population.

“The party“ Nur Otan ”actively participates in solving everyday issues of the population, and this work will be strengthened within the framework of the“ Halykka Komek ”project, implemented on behalf of Elbasy. Digitalization has allowed us to establish a closer and more productive dialogue with citizens through online applications. Based on the analysis of citizens' appeals, trends are identified and systematic work is organized to solve specific problems and improve the quality of life of the population. In November, it is planned to launch the Single Contact Center for work with the population, which will unite in one number all the contacts of the city administrations, district’s executive committee, emergency and municipal services, providing livelihoods in the city. The House of City Services will be opened, where all utilities of Almaty will recalculate the charges, receive complaints about the quality of services and more, ”Zhanna Tulegenova summarized.

In turn, the mayor of the city added that the creation of various feedback channels greatly facilitated the life of citizens. If earlier it was necessary to go somewhere, stand in a queue, write a statement, then today you can solve your problem without leaving your home.

“There are situations in life when people do not know what to do, where to turn. All of them were not regulated. Some found a solution, some did not. And there were always different terms, a high subjective factor. Today, two thousand such situations within the electronic public reception of the Open Almaty of the executive committee have developed a clear algorithm for who should decide the issue and how it should be monitored, ”said Bauyrzhan Baybek.

During the conference, delegates were also determined to participate in the extraordinary XIX Congress of the Nur Otan party, which will be held on April 23 in the city of Nur-Sultan.
