In Almaty, the court issued a decision on the demolition of an illegally built residential complex
By the decision of the Almaty City Court dated March 18, 2022, it was decided to justify the claim of the Akimat of the city of Almaty and demolish the illegally erected 12-storey apartment building at the address of mkr. Shugyla, st. Baiteli batyr, 24. Litigation with LLP "ART-TECHNOSS" continued since June of last year.
Earlier, on the basis of citizens' appeals, the urban planning control department conducted an inspection. A number of violations in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities were identified, and administrative protocols were drawn up.
Further, a claim was initiated against LL ART-TECHNOSS for the demolition of an illegally constructed facility to the Specialized Interdistrict Economic Court of Almaty city.
By a court decision of December 9, 2021, the claim was denied. After that, an appeal was filed with the Almaty City Court, on March 18, 2022, the claim was satisfied.
