Residents of the Kemel microdistrict have problems with constant access to drinking water. Water supply is provided by electric pumps, in case of a power outage, the population is left without water. These problems were "inherited" when the boundaries of the region with the city changed. Construction and installation work is scheduled for the second quarter of 2022. The Head of the city instructed the akim of the district to keep the implementation of these projects under special control.

During the meeting with the mayor of the city, residents of the Workers' Village spoke about the problem of access to medical services. The population is forced to apply to polyclinics in other districts. Y.
