Akim of Almaty Y. Dossayev carried out the first working detour on problematic objects of the Alatau district

 

The detour started from an unfinished facility for the construction of engineering networks in the 14th territory microdistrict. Residents of the district have been waiting for the completion of works on water supply and sewerage since 2017 from the contractor company LLP “Keregetas”  (recognized by the court as unfair). Particularly acute, today, is the lack of proper roads and the impossibility of restoring the road surface due to the unfinished work mentioned above.

 

During the offsite meeting, the Head of the city determined the main stages of the implementation of measures to address the problematic issue. Completion of the construction of engineering networks and restoration of the road surface is planned for this year.

 

 The Head of the metropolis got acquainted with the construction of water supply and sewerage networks in the Shanyrak-1 microdistrict. Today, there are 2,460 private houses and 21,800 people living here.

Based on the results of the field meeting, it was decided to carry out an average repair of the road at Utemisova street. To fully cover the microdistrict with water supply and sewerage networks, the Akim of the city instructed to prepare design estimates and provide funding for the completion of the construction of engineering networks in 2022 (note - To ensure the completion of the construction of water supply and sanitation networks, the construction of 45.7 km of water supply and 53.7 km sewer networks). After the laying of engineering networks, the asphalt pavement will be restored throughout the microdistrict. In addition to the above mentioned, the Akim and an initiative group of residents discussed the issues of increasing the number of public transport and the construction of children's playgrounds within the framework of the "Budget of Popular Participation" program.

 

The next location during the detour of the Alatau district was the Rakhat-Madeniet microdistrict, where, in response to numerous complaints from residents, it was decided that it was necessary to provide the Madeniet residential complex with a pedestrian crossing across Novaya Saina Street, a pedestrian sidewalk, as well as installing a bus stop and launching additional route lines or an increase in existing ones (from the microdistrict to the city). In response to the requests of residents about the need to install retail facilities with essential goods, the district akim was instructed to work out this issue with the Department of Entrepreneurship and Investments of Almaty.

 

In the Zerdeli microdistrict, the Head of the city was shown a project for the construction of a traffic interchange on Monke bi - Saina and punching Saina street from Ryskulov Avenue to Monke bi street, the task of which is to unload the traffic flow along Momyshuly street. In order to launch traffic, Y. Dossayev instructed to complete the work according to schedule - by the end of 2023.

 

The subject of active discussion with residents of the Zerdeli microdistrict was the topic of strengthening tilted multi-storey residential buildings. Following the meeting, the Akim of the city instructed the responsible departments to complete the strengthening of the remaining 9 houses, the construction of 2 unfinished high-rise buildings, as well as ensuring the improvement of courtyards and increasing the planting of green spaces. Also, during the detour of the microdistrict, the Head of the city visited the sports and recreation complex under construction, designed for 700 visits per day. The commissioning of the facility is planned for this year.

 

The Head of the city did not ignore the Industrial Zone of Almaty, where 19 large domestic and foreign projects have been implemented today in the areas of construction, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and light industries for a total investment of 113.7 billion tenge.

 

During the working tour, the akim got acquainted with the activities of the industrial park of LLP “Ala Estate” , where today, 3 small enterprises of the food and furniture industry are located and 90 jobs have been created. 450 million tenge was invested in the construction of the industrial park, the total area is 4.3 thousand square meters. (in total, there are 15 small industrial parks in Almaty, 8 of which are already functioning, the rest are under active construction).

Here the Head of the city got acquainted with the construction of the TEPLOSTIL plant. The company will become the first Kazakh enterprise for serial and certified production of thermal panels with three types of insulation. The capacity of the plant will be 240,000 sq. m of production per year. At the moment, two production workshops have been erected, a complex of construction and installation works is being carried out to erect an auxiliary room and equip the boiler room. A full-scale production launch is scheduled for May 2022. 500 million tenge was invested in the project, it is planned to create 30 new jobs.
