As part of the issues raised by the population, the Akimat of the city of Almaty informs, that in accordance with the instructions of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev dated October 29, 2019, there is a ban on infill development of plots in the city. However, cases of violation of the current legislation and instructions of the Head of State were revealed. In this regard, the Mayor of the city, Y. Dossayev, decided to suspend all types of work at these facilities (19 sites), including the territory in the Samal-3 microdistrict, as well as Dostyk 125, until all circumstances are clarified.
