To do this, curricula for short-term training of the unemployed will be revised (term - 3 months).
“There will be more practice, we are moving away from inefficient standard training with the exception of hours for teaching English, information technology for working professions. The training will be practice-oriented (teaching theory in the course of practice), aimed at teaching skills,” M. Kikimov emphasized.
Additionally, as part of the National Plan for the Development of Entrepreneurship, a new mechanism for on-the-job training from employers will be launched with subsidized payment of 20 monthly notional units (61,260 tenge) for a period of 3 months (with subsequent employment).
Since the current year, the salary for youth practice has been increased from 25 to 30 monthly notional units (91,890 tenge). Given that this is not enough, on behalf of the akim, from the local budget, we will additionally increase the payment by another 10 monthly notional units, so the salary will be 122.5 thousand tenge (40 monthly notional units), for which we have allocated 335.3 million tenge.
The deputy akim of Almaty also said that if earlier, youth practice provided for 6 months of employment, now, in connection with the amendments to the Rules of the organization, the direction will be carried out for up to 1 year.

To reduce the burden on business and the non-governmental sector, those who attract persons with disabilities, on behalf of the akim, will be subsidized from the local budget 80% of the salary, or 92 thousand tenge (91,890 tenge).
