Restoration of road infrastructure started in Almaty
According to the results of the survey, more than 2 thousand places with dismantled paving stones were identified on the city's street and road network in the Almaty Arena and New Square areas, along Nazarbayev and Dostyk avenues, Satpaev st. Currently, 80 workers and 30 units of special equipment have been withdrawn to eliminate the consequences.
More than 120 road signs were also damaged. To date, 80 of them have been restored. At the same time, work has begun on the restoration of traffic lights in the city. As previously reported, more than 40 traffic lights were damaged in the city. 15 of them were restored on 9 January. On January 10, it is planned to carry out a complex repair of 7 traffic lights.
Work on the restoration and inspection of the city's street and road network continues.
