What documents need to be provided by entrepreneurs of Almaty to receive compensation for property damage
Ilyas Userov, deputy akim of the city, spoke about this at an online briefing of the Regional Communications Service of Almaty. He noted that the package of documents provided by the entrepreneur will be considered within five calendar days.
The Deputy Akim of Almaty emphasized that the package of documents provided by the entrepreneur is considered by the Regional Commission and / or the Commission of the Fund within five calendar days.
To begin with, representatives of the affected business must send an appeal to the electronic form InfoKazakhstan.kz. At the same time, it is possible to do this to persons acting on the basis of a power of attorney.
According to I. Userov, the applicant must provide the following package of documents:
- for individual entrepreneurs - a copy of the document proving the identity of the individual entrepreneur, an individual entrepreneur coupon;
- for legal entities - a copy of the document confirming the state registration of the legal entity;
- documents confirming the ownership rights or other real right to property, identification documents;
- for real estate - an estimate of the cost of restoring damaged property;
- for damaged or destroyed movable property and (or) inventory items - an assessment report;
- for lost (stolen) inventory items and equipment - consent to the request and receipt of information from state revenue authorities, operators of fiscal data on the amounts of turnover for the last year;
- other documents (photos and video materials).
