Capital repairs are needed for three SMEs in Almaty
As for current repairs, 203 business objects were examined. This was announced at a meeting of the City Headquarters for the restoration of life support of Almaty by the deputy akim of the city, Mukhit Azirbayev.
Construction and installation work has also been resumed at all 143 private property developers.
According to M. Azirbayev, 243 objects have been identified in Almaty to be restored. Of these: 27 - objects of state institutions, 216 - objects of SMEs.
Out of 216 SME facilities, 206 were inspected. Capital repairs are required for three facilities: the warehouse of the trading house "Merey" in the Zhetysu district, the building of the TV Channel "Mir 24" in the Bostandyk district, the DAS Auto Service building in the Auezov district. The cost of construction and installation works is determined.
203 facilities are in need of current repairs, of which 8 were restored at the expense of the owners' own funds.
The preliminary amount of damage for 127 objects is 56 million tenge.
“Accredited organizations continue work on technical inspection, preparation of defective acts and cost estimates. For 10 objects, the search for owners is being carried out to gain access and conduct a survey,” the deputy akim said.
M. Azirbayev said that according to the Energy Efficiency Department, construction and installation works were resumed at 8 facilities (reconstruction of ownerless networks in the Medeu district, construction of Tuzdybastau, Cascade, Almagul substations, reconstruction of the Southern districrt boiler house, construction of the Kargaly water intake, expansion of the Premiera boiler house ", construction of networks in Akzhar microdistrict). 19 objects are suspended for the winter period.
