During a working tour, Akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev visited SME facilities that were attacked and looted.
 
The mayor of the city spoke with the owners of points of sale and service, as well as the managing directors of the shopping centers Promenade, MOSKVA Metropolitan, Asia Park, "12 months". During the discussion of the current situation, the tenants raised a number of issues that the akimat will resolve jointly with the Government Commission and NCE Atameken.
The Akim of Almaty examined the store "12 months", where the bandits seized construction tools. Axes, sledgehammers, hammers, saws, grinders and other tools were used in the looting of shopping centers, weapons stores, banks and attacks on the townspeople.

The city commission for assessing the damage caused to SMEs, together with the city's chamber of entrepreneurs, will ensure the transparency of the mechanisms for calculating the amount of damage and compensation amounts.
The Akim of the city assured that, in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, necessary assistance will be provided to SMEs.
