B. Sagintayev handed over the keys to apartments to representatives of working youth
In honor of the 30th anniversary of Independence, on the eve of the New Year, the Akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev congratulated the new apartment owners who became the owners of rental housing built under the Nurly Zher program.
Today, within the framework of the Nurly Zher state program, 1,050 rental apartments are provided for working youth under 29 for a period of 5 years. Another 441 apartments are distributed according to the programs "Bakytty Otbasy" and "Shanyrak" on terms of preferential lending among large, single-parent families and families raising disabled children. Apartments are located in houses built under the Nurly Zher program in the Alma City 5 residential complex of the Nauryzbay district and the Madeniet residential complex of the Alatau district.
Akim of Almaty B. Sagintayev stressed that support for working youth is carried out on behalf of the First President - Elbasy N. Nazarbayev, on whose initiative the Nurly Zher rental housing program has been implemented since 2019.
“Supporting young people who contribute to the development of the city is our most important task. Thanks to state and city programs, thousands of townspeople can find affordable housing, ”said B. Sagintayev, congratulating the new settlers on the 30th anniversary of the country's independence and the upcoming New Year.
Moreover, according to the city program "Almaty Zhastary", for the second year in a row, a thousand soft loans have been allocated for the purchase of housing. Interest rate - 5%, loan term - 25 years. This year, the loan amount increased to 18 million tenge.
Recall, that on the eve of Independence Day, 211 apartments were distributed from the municipal housing stock of the city for socially vulnerable segments of the population, who are in the queue. The dwelling is located in the residential complex "Madeniet" of the Alatau district, built within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher".
In general, according to preliminary calculations, in the current year, 5400 residents of Almaty will find housing. Since the beginning of the year, 3903 people have been provided with housing. Including under the republican program "Bakytty Otbasy" ("2-10-20") issued 441 credit loans, under the republican program "Shanyrak" ("5-10-20") issued 2146 credit loans. As of today, 973 credit loans have been issued under the city program of concessional lending "Almaty Zhastary". 343 apartments have been allocated from the communal housing stock.
