B. Sagintayev got acquainted with the construction progress of the eco-complex
Akim of the metropolis Bakhytzhan Sagintayev examined the construction progress of the Qazaq Auyl complex, the main goal of which is the development of ecological tourism.
Glamping eco-complex Qazaq Auyl, in the national style, is being built in the Kim-Asar gorge. It includes a restaurant, 15 guest houses and an event amphitheater. The project envisages the connection of the restaurant with the Medeu Park Hotel and the visitor center. A separate room for the visitor center is envisaged, where information services will be provided and tourist equipment will be sold.
The total area of Qazaq Auyl is 1.3 hectares, the area of premises is 850 sq. m. The volume of investments is 800 million tenge. The commissioning of the eco-complex with the creation of 20 jobs is scheduled for 2022.
The project was developed taking into account the development of ecological tourism, which was reflected in the general improvement, the planning structure of the site and the compositional solution of the objects that make up the structure of the complex.
To ensure public order, security, evacuation and rescue of people in case of emergencies, the availability of specialized vehicles is provided.
