From the municipal housing stock of the city, 211 apartments have been distributed for socially vulnerable segments of the population who are on the waiting list for housing. The dwelling is located in the residential complex "Madeniet" of the Alatau district, built within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher".

By the end of the year, 5394 apartments will be issued. Therefore, within the framework of the republican program "Bakytty otbasy" 1,013 credit loans are issued for large, single-parent families and families raising disabled children. Under the city program of concessional lending "Almaty Zhastary", 926 credit loans were issued. 267 rental apartments without the right to purchase were provided to large families, 211 apartments were issued today to representatives of socially vulnerable groups of the population. Also, 1050 apartments are provided to working youth under 29 years old.
