Roads and outdoor lighting systems are under construction in the Nauryzbay District
As part of the discussion of the pace of implementation of the Comprehensive Development Plan "New Almaty" Akim of the Nauryzbay district Sanzhar Togai spoke about the construction of new roads and the repair of existing ones.
In conclusion, the akim of the Nauryzbay district spoke about solving the issue of street lighting. This year, 312 streets were illuminated. It is also planned to build outdoor lighting lines on 59 streets.
There are 348 streets with a length of 289 km in the Nauryzbay district. This year, the asphalting of 29 streets with a total length of 19 km was completed in full, including in the Tastybulak microdistrict - 18 streets with a total length of 13 km. Sidewalks with a total length of more than 4 km have been built on seven streets of the district.
Since the beginning of 2021, patching has been carried out on 28 thousand sq. m of roads. Next year, it is planned to repair roads and asphalts on 53 streets with a length of 35 km.
During the round table, they talked about improving transport links. In particular, they discussed the extension of Abai Avenue. According to S. Togai, it is planned to build a six-lane road from Momyshuly street to the city border, with a total length of 4.7 km with sidewalks and bicycle paths on each side.
Currently, the construction of a traffic intersection at the intersection with Ashimov st., construction of a bridge across the Karagaly river is also underway. To date, the asphalting of the roadway, sidewalks and bike paths is being carried out from the commissioned site towards Ashimov st.
S. Togai said that this year, in the district, work has been completed on the reconstruction of Kunaev st. from Yassaui st. to Ryskulov st. in the village. Tausamaly with a length of 1.2 km.
“On this site, asphalting of the roadway, sidewalks and bike paths has been carried out. Outdoor lighting lines have been installed, road markings and traffic lights have been installed, the lawn has been sown. It is planned to organize an autumn tree planting. We plan to complete the work in full this month, ”S. Togai said.
In September, the extension of the Alatau street from Sabdenov street was completed, to Raiymbek avenue, 2 kilometers long with four-lane traffic. Bicycle paths will also be equipped.
In the Nauryzbay district, the construction of roads on nine streets with a length of 4.9 km is currently at the stage of completion. It remains to carry out asphalting on four streets and lanes with a length of 1.2 km. The contractor has completed the laying of networks on the central street in the Kuramys microdistrict on Seidimbek street. Also, design estimates are being developed for the construction of roads on 89 streets of the Akzhar microdistrict, 26 streets of the Shugyla microdistrict, and a project for punching Tole bi st.
