He also said that 500 objects are the leaders of the project in Almaty. As you know, leading enterprises work with great temporary advantages. However, losing this status is easy if you don't check-in. At first, the status is suspended for a week, in case of a repeated violation - for two weeks, and in case of a third violation - for a month.

A representative of DSEC Almaty said that since the beginning of the Ashyq project, 11,060 residents of the megapolis violated the self-isolation regime and tried to visit the facilities working with the project.

We add that at Ashyq objects when scanning at the entrance - 9999 residents have a “red” status, 1061 residents have a “yellow” status.

The largest number of violators of the self-isolation regime during scanning are in catering facilities, shopping malls, trading houses, markets, shops, airports and fitness centers.

For example, 3,035 infected people tried to enter restaurants and cafes, more than 2,000 infected people tried to enter shopping centers, more than 400 people in quarantine wanted to enter the airport building.

S. Baigabulov spoke about the work of monitoring groups in Almaty, which daily identify violators of quarantine among business entities.

According to the Sanitary and Epidemiological Department, from January 1 to September 28, 2021, 41,062 business facilities were inspected, 3929 objects with violations of quarantine measures were identified.

6132 protocols were drawn up, of which 675 protocols were imposed on legal entities in the amount of 236 million tenge, with respect to individuals for violation of the mask regime, 5457 protocols were drawn up, amounting to 240 million tenge.

76 materials were transferred to the courts against persistent quarantine violators, 44 objects were suspended by the courts.

“Since August, checks have been divided into day and night. In addition, monitoring is carried out in public transport. Inspectors identify drivers and passengers who do not comply with the mask regime. In total, during the reporting period, 159 people without masks were identified in public transport, ”S. Baigabulov said.

The deputy head of DSEC Almaty recalled that the epidemiological situation in the megalopolis remains unstable, over 400 cases of COVID infection are detected in the city every day, up to 200 people with moderate and severe coronavirus are hospitalised. In this regard, residents and guests of Almaty, as well as business facilities, must strictly comply with sanitary standards and quarantine requirements, and avoid crowded places. Neglect and ignorance of restrictive measures can lead to a new surge in the incidence.
