Akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, on his Instagram account, announced constant monitoring of the epidemiological situation in schools.
“30 thousand first-graders cross the threshold of the school for the first time, we wish them bright knowledge and joyful events!”, - wrote the akim of the megapolis.
B. Sagintayev recalled that about 300 thousand children attend 287 schools in the city.
“Despite the second year of the coronavirus pandemic, we are starting the academic year offline. More than 45,000 teachers and technicians have been vaccinated. Schools are prepared to meet the requirements of quarantine restrictions. Compliance with measures of sanitary and epidemiological safety and the situation in the classrooms will be under constant control, "- said the akim of Almaty.
