Which schools in Zhetysu district of Almaty city will be renovated and expanded
Akim of Zhetysu district of Almaty, Gulnara Kokobaeva, at a press conference of the Regional Communications Service spoke about the state of school facilities in the district on the eve of the new academic year. In order for the classes to take place in a comfortable environment, a number of schools will undergo major renovations.
Also, a state examination was received for the construction of a kindergarten in the Ainabulak-4 microdistrict for 160 children.
As G. Kokobaeva noted, at present, construction of three annexes of educational buildings for 1,050 places is underway in schools No. 177, 57, 102. A new building of the canteen of school No. 43 is also under construction. The work is planned to be completed by the end of 2021.
“In the fourth quarter of this year, we plan to start overhaul of schools No. 80 and 129. For these schools, a positive examination has already been received. The competition for construction work has been announced, ”the district akim said.
In addition, design estimates are being developed for the construction of annexes for educational buildings for 850 places to schools No. 148, 103 and 112, as well as an extension of the assembly hall to school No. 101. Construction work will begin next year.
