“I do not see any obstacles here, I think that in every polyclinic there are district doctors, there are duty officers, and the Telemedicine center is also working 24/7. All of them will give you a full-fledged answer according to the indications and will tell you where and how to pass free PCR testing, ”said the Head of the Public Health Administration of Almaty.
 
According to Nariman Tabynbayev, many years of vaccination experience shows that no other action gives such an effect in the fight against infectious diseases as vaccination.
 
“I will add that we are working on vaccination of teachers. Today 100% of teachers are vaccinated. Similar work is being done in universities. Vaccination coverage of students is 28% of the total. Due to the fact that the majority of students are from other cities (more than 100 thousand out of 167 thousand students), immunization is going poorly, "N. Tabynbaev said.
 
Note that 5,001 people were vaccinated over the past day. Of the total number of vaccinated persons over 60 years old, there are 96,553 people.
 
“We are in great demand for Sinovac. We received information from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan that negotiations were held and in the near future there will be supplies of Sinovac vaccine, ”summed up the Head of the Almaty Public Health Department.
 
The head of the Public Health Administration urges all residents of Almaty to be vaccinated against COVID as soon as possible, since this is the only way to resist the rapid spread of a dangerous disease.
