Sagintayev got acquainted with the beginning of work on the improvement of the embankment along the Esentai river in microdistrict Kokmais and the project for the reconstruction of the site along the Big Almaty Canal. The Green Economy Department has been instructed to renovate public spaces, taking into account the views of citizens. New recreational zones will become a place of attraction for residents of the nearby microdistricts of Kokmaisa and Ainabulak.
In the residential area "Workers' settlement" in the square of Raiymbek ave. - Krylova - Kazakova - Botkin - Goncharova - Scriabin streets, houses are being built under the renovation program. In place of 6 dilapidated houses demolished in 2020, the construction of 4 houses with 304 apartments with a total area of about 16 thousand square meters has begun. This year, two dilapidated houses were demolished and the construction of three houses with 183 apartments with a total area of 12.5 thousand square meters began.
Residents of three frame-reed houses, subject to demolition, told the city akim about the delay in resettlement. In this regard, B. Sagintayev instructed the management of the SEC "Almaty", which is the operator of the renovation program, to promptly inform residents about the stages of the project and to accelerate the resettlement of residents to temporary housing.
The akim of the megapolis got acquainted with the pace of construction of the new building of school # 102, which will open 150 additional places. B. Sagintayev instructed to speed up construction and installation work and open an educational institution by September 1. In microdistrict Kulager, a modern sports complex for 150 visits per shift continues to be built. The complex consists of a sports and gymnasium, two swimming pools and strength training halls.
With the aim of providing medical services within walking distance and unloading existing medical institutions, the possibility of buying out finished buildings for opening polyclinics is being considered. After examining the buildings on Sidorkina 14 Street and Omarova 91 "a" Street, the akim of the city instructed the Department of Public Health to study this issue.
B. Sagintayev checked the quality of the work carried out on the construction of engineering networks in the square of Kazybaeva st. - Ryskulov avenue - Tatibekov st. - Raiymbek ave. About 43 km of water supply networks and 15 km of water disposal will be completed. More than 6 thousand subscribers will be connected to the central system. B. Sagintayev pointed out the need to install playgrounds and sports grounds, as well as comfortable benches and street lamps.
On the previously abandoned inter-house territory on Seifullin Avenue, also under the Participation Budget project, landscaping was carried out with the installation of a workout platform, lighting system and benches. The akim of the city also got acquainted with the results of work on the repair of facades of houses in the microdistrict Kulager and reconstruction of ditch networks on Zhangeldin Street.
