Production of building materials is expanding in the Industrial Zone of Almaty
Director of the Industrial Zone of the city, Adil Amralin, at a briefing of the Regional Communications Service, spoke about existing projects. In particular, about the work of the new plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete "SK Rakhat".
According to A. Amralin, at the last meeting of the Regional Coordination Council (RCC), changes were made to the parameters of the project of the plant for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete "SK Rakhat".
“At the request of the investor, the company will expand the range of products and, along with gas blocks, will produce Color Mix paving stones, paving slabs, facing bricks, decorative blocks, wall panels and blocks. The additions will increase investments in production by 1.8 billion tenge, ”said the director of the Industrial Zone of Almaty (IZA).
Today, taking into account new projects, the participants of the Industrial Zone of Almaty are 62 companies with projects worth more than 241 billion tenge and the creation of 7 thousand jobs.
As the speaker noted, in 2020, enterprises - residents of the Industrial Zone of Almaty paid 4.2 billion tenge of taxes.
This year, three projects were launched for 13.8 billion tenge with the creation of 245 jobs (KMK Investment - the second stage, "SK Rakhat", "GSG Vysotnik"), as well as a small industrial park (ADS Industries) with the creation of 1.5 thousand square meters of production space.
In total, 16 projects have been implemented on the territory of IZA (BRB APK, Almapack, DOC Co.LTD, TOKYO ROPE ALMATY, KMK Investment - the first and second stages, KazTigerTape, ENKO, ASSET, Technovid, MPZ Bijan, Dorhan -Almaty "," Almerek ", Hyundai Trans Kazakhstan," SK Rakhat "," GSG Vysotnik ") for a total amount of 77.4 billion tenge, products were produced for 154.9 billion tenge, 81.5 hectares are occupied , 2,593 jobs were created.
A. Amralin noted that seven more projects are planned to be launched by the end of 2021. These are Kaz-Dia-Test, City Stone, Alem Tynysy, Asia steel pipe corporation, Electrobar, Valtherm, Technokont, for a total of 37.8 billion tenge with the creation of 658 jobs. Also, this year, it is planned to launch four industrial parks on the territory of the Industrial Zone.
Until 2025, it is planned to implement 34 investment projects in the Industrial Zone for a total investment of 111.95 billion tenge with the creation of 3,294 jobs.
