B. Sagintayev got acquainted with the course of infrastructural development of the Auezov region
During the working detour, Akim of Almaty Bakhytzhan Sagintayev visited a number of social facilities, and also assessed the quality of the work being done to improve the courtyards and footpaths.
In eight micro-districts of the district in the square of Zhandosov - Sain - Shaliapin - r. Kargalinka lacks urban water supply and sewerage networks. There are 65 apartment buildings and 847 private houses with a total number of 11.2 thousand residents. On behalf of the city akim, design estimates for the construction of a centralized water supply and sewerage system will be developed. The length of the water supply network is 74 km, the drainage system is 35 km.
B. Sagintayev also checked the pace of development of the social infrastructure of the district. An outpatient clinic is located in microdistrict Mamyr, belonging to the polyclinic number 18. Due to the cramped premises, it is not possible to provide quality medical services. The solution is to construct a new building for a family outpatient clinic for 200 visits per shift, which, on behalf of B. Sagintayev, will begin in the autumn in the same microdistrict. The outpatient clinic is scheduled to be commissioned next spring.
The Akim of Almaty also appreciated the renovation carried out in the polyclinic №6 in the microdistrict No. 4. When renovating the building, built in 1965, modern standards for the presence of filters and ventilation systems were taken into account. Today, the polyclinic serving 58 thousand people is equipped with medical equipment by 88%. The delivery of CT and MRI machines is expected, after which equipment will be 100%.
During his visit to the clinic, B. Sagintayev examined the medical departments and the vaccination room. More than 10 thousand people from the population attached to the clinic have already been vaccinated against coronavirus. The akim of the city spoke to the residents of Almaty who received the vaccine, who were under observation for 30 minutes, and wished them good health.
In md. Aksai-2, the construction of a new building of school # 121 is coming to an end. Finishing work is underway in the building with 450 seats. Students of grades 1-4 will study here. Having examined the new premises of the classrooms, the akim of the city B. Sagintayev instructed to pay special attention to the quality of the materials used, as well as to apply bright colors when decorating the facade. In general, five new school buildings for 3.6 thousand places are being built in the Auezov region.
B. Sagintayev also checked the quality of work on the improvement of courtyards carried out within the framework of the "Participation budget" project in microdistrict Mamyr-1. Residents of nearby houses expressed their wishes regarding sports and playgrounds, which will be taken into account during the renovation. Akim of the city instructed to speed up the work in order to provide residents with a comfortable environment for their pastime.
The akim of the metropolis inspected the progress of construction of pedestrian zones on the street Yassaui and Tole bi street, as well as improvement of the territory at the corner of Shaliapin and Sain streets, carried out under the "Participation Budget" project. Within the framework of the Participation Budget program, 22 projects are being implemented in the district, including 7 for the improvement of public spaces, 14 for the repair of 16 courtyards, 6 for the design of the facades of apartment buildings on Sain street.
In general, this year, the renovation of 73 courtyard areas in the microdistricts No.3 and No.6 has begun. According to the Participation Budget project, 16 projects for the improvement of courtyards were selected.
The area is also undergoing medium repair of the sidewalk on Momyshuly street, from st. Shaliapin to Raiymbek Ave. After reviewing the progress of the work, B. Sagintayev instructed to pay attention to the landscaping of the territories and ensure the irrigation of the plantings.
During the working detour B. Sagintayev also got acquainted with the projects for the improvement of the territory around Lake Sairan. On behalf of the akim of the megapolis, it is necessary, without disturbing the existing ecosystem of the reservoir, to zone areas for walking, active and relaxing recreation.
