In the Baganashyl microdistrict on the territory of the Bak Alma garden partnership, work is underway to strengthen the dangerous section of the slope with a length of about 350 meters. Due to the rains, the soil is washed out with the formation of deep vertical cracks and landslide descents. The device of gabion structures will eliminate the risk of slope collapse and landslide descent. Thus, the safety of residents of 37 houses will be ensured.
In the Kokshoky microdistrict, located in the Alma-Arasan gorge, water supply and sewerage networks have been laid, street lighting is being carried out, and road construction is planned.
In addition, at the request of residents, the possibility of implementing a project to create an ethno-village here will be considered. Residents are engaged in handicrafts - they make yurts, folk instruments, kitchen utensils, national jewelry and clothes. B. Sagintayev suggested using the opportunities of the regional program Almaty Business-2025, opening production shops in one of the small industrial parks and obtaining soft loans at 2% per annum or using grant support.
In the Bostandyk, as well as in other districts, the repair of courtyard territories continues. The akim of Almaty examined the progress of the improvement of courtyards on the street Brusilovsky 247 "a". An integrated approach will create comfortable conditions for both adults and children with adolescents. Sports grounds, children's play areas and activity zones will be installed here. B. Sagintayev drew attention to the need to take into account the opinions of residents when choosing sports simulators and equipment for playgrounds.
During the detour, the akim of Almaty visited a number of social facilities. In the Nur Alatau microdistrict, entrepreneurs have opened a private kindergarten "Gylym balabashasy". In general, there are 30 state and 69 private kindergartens in the district, which are attended by about 9.5 thousand children. The participation of businessmen helps to alleviate a certain part of the shortage of places in preschool institutions.
B. Sagintayev also got acquainted with the course of preparation of premises for the private school "Zerdesh". The educational institution will be located on the first floor of the Sholpan City residential complex on the street Toraigyrova 21/1. The school for students in grades 1-4 is designed for 600 places. The opening is planned for the new academic year. In addition, during the construction of the residential complex, sports grounds are provided, including an indoor pool. The akim of Almaty noted that this approach is consistent with the new building rules, according to which, during the construction of new housing estates, it is necessary to provide for social infrastructure.
The akim of the city also got acquainted with the activities of the House of Schoolchildren of the Bostandyk district, which is attended by more than 1.3 thousand children aged 7-17 years. The educational institution is located in an adapted room built in 1964, both morally and technically outdated. In this regard, for the full functioning and diversified development of children, B. Sagintayev instructed to consider the possibility of demolishing the existing building and constructing a new modern House of Schoolchildren in its place.
During a working detour, the akim of the metropolis was presented with the work of the "Center for Active Longevity", opened in the residential complex "Gaukhar Tas". About 6 thousand people of retirement age visit the center per month, who are involved in social and social life, go in for sports, music, dance, communicate and spend their free time usefully.
For the development of children from large families and low-income families, a social club "Shynga Orleu" was opened with a design capacity of 60 children per day. They are taught by representatives of the older generation. B. Sagintayev instructed the district akim to open similar social projects in other parts of the district.
