S. Kusainov appointed as deputy akim of Almaty
By the order of the akim of Almaty, in agreement with the Presidential Administration, Serik Dosymkhanovich Kusainov was appointed deputy akim of Almaty.
Over the years, he worked as a foreman, chief engineer, managing director in the utilities of Almaty, worked as the Head of the Department of Energy and Communal Services of the city, head of the Almaty akim apparatus, akim of the Almalinsky district. He was elected as a deputy of the city maslikhat of Almaty, a deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VI convocation. Prior to this appointment, he worked as the akim of the Almaly district of Almaty.
Kusainov Serik Dosymkhanovich was born in 1964 in the Almaty region. Graduated from the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute and the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Masters degree in State and Municipal Administration.
Has significant experience in the public administration system.
