B. Sagintayev: More than 500 courtyards will be repaired in Almaty this year
During the live broadcast of the Akimat Live program on the Televison Channel “Almaty”, the akim of the metropolis Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, answering the questions of the townspeople, spoke about the improvement and repair of courtyards.
In the Turksib district, 1209 apartment buildings are located, in which there are 579 courtyards. From 2016 to 2020, 496 yards were repaired. This year 30 courtyar areas are planned to be improved. Within the framework of the pilot project "Participation Budget" for 2020-2021, 20 projects for the improvement of courtyard territories have been selected in the Turksib district.
The akim of the megapolis B. Sagintayev answered a number of questions of the townspeople concerning the quality of repair of courtyard territories. On his behalf, district akims will eliminate these shortcomings and strengthen control over the quality of the repair of courtyards.
Today, there are 4183 courtyards in Almaty. In previous years, about 3 thousand yards were repaired. About 550 courtyards belong to the territories of the new apartment buildings or dilapidated housing, therefore they cannot be repaired. This year it is planned to renovate 536 courtyards, including 53 courtyards within the framework of the Participation Budget project.
The courtyards of the Alatau district, where there are 202 courtyards, will be put in order by 100%. Capital repairs of 53 courtyard areas will be carried out this year.
There are 861 courtyards in the Almaly region. In the period from 2016 to 2019, 506 yards were renovated. In 2020, 192 yards were overhauled. This year, 66 courtyard areas are planned to be repaired.
In the Auezov district, there are 1,740 apartment buildings, in which there are 966 courtyards. In the period from 2016 to 2020, 557 courtyards were repaired. This year, i73 courtyard areas are planned to be covered with capital repairs. In addition, within the framework of the "Participation Budget" project for 2020-2021, 16 projects for the improvement of courtyard territories have been selected in the Auezov district.
In the Bostandyk district, there are 1,866 apartment buildings, in which there are 670 courtyards. In the period from 2016 to 2020, 337 courtyards were repaired. This year, 100 courtyard areas are planned to be covered with capital repairs. Within the framework of the "Participation Budget" project for 2020-2021, 8 projects for the improvement of courtyards in the microdistrict were selected in the Bostandyk district, microdistrict Orbit-1, st. Mynbayev, 93, st. Navoi, 208/3, st. Satpayev, 9 B, st. Khusainov, 225, st. Bayazitova, 9, 15.
There are 284 courtyards on the territory of the Zhetysu district, which were completely renovated in the period 2017-2020. This year, within the framework of the Participation Budget project, it is planned to repair 7 courtyard areas located on the street Bulkushev, Stoletov, Tairov, Kazakov, Kazybaev, Ratushny and in the microdistrict Kokmais; running repair of the sports ground in the microdistrict Kokzhiek, house 1; current repair of the playground at md. Ainabulak-4, house 167; current repair of 94 courtyard areas.
In the Medeu district there are 784 apartment buildings, in which there are 536 courtyards. From 2016 to 2020 major repairs were carried out in 406 yards. In the current year, it is planned to carry out current repairs of 60 courtyard areas, at present, competitive events are underway.
There are 266 multi-storey residential buildings and 85 courtyards in the Nauryzbay district. Of these, 65 yards were equipped in the period from 2015-2020, 20 courtyards are located on the territory of newly built residential buildings. This year, within the framework of the Participation Budget project, it is planned to repair 2 courtyards in the Khan Tengri Residential Complex.
