B. Sagintayev: On the outskirts of Almaty, repair and construction of roads will begin
The Akim of Almaty, Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, at an online briefing for the media, said when they would start repairing roads in the microdistrict Algabas of the Alatau region and spoke about the development of the annexed territories
Construction of water supply and sewerage networks in the microdistrict Algabas continues. As the construction and installation work is completed, the contracting organization JSC "Almatyinzhstroy" is filling the roads with inert materials along the streets of Orakty Batyr, Kara Zhorga, Aldiyar, Zulpykhar, Samen Batyr, Moldagulova, Estemesov and Kenzhekey.
Documentation for the construction of 30.8 km of new roads in theAlgabas microdistrict is developed, the contracting company is being determined. Upon completion of work on the laying of water supply and sewerage networks, as well as hydrotesting, road construction work will begin. By the end of this year, it is planned to asphalt about 10 km of roads in the Algabas microdistrict.
“All forces are directed into the construction of engineering infrastructure in new neighborhoods. The construction of water supply and sewerage networks, roads, outdoor lighting lines, social facilities is carried out in accordance with the “New Almaty” integrated development program, adopted last year. Almost a trillion tenge will be allocated for the implementation of projects to improve the quality of life of residents of the annexed territories within five years. Our task by 2023 is that all micro-districts must be provided with water and sewerage, normal roads, playgrounds, parks and squares, " Bakhytzhan Sagintayev emphasized.
On behalf of the akim of the megapolis, a special working commission was created, which took up the solution of issues of new micro-districts in the annexed territories. After the residents' appeal, an unscheduled check was carried out. It turned out that the contractor committed such violations as deviation from the project, lack of quality and violation of the construction and installation work technology.
For the violations committed, the contractor JSC "Almatyinzhstroy" was brought to administrative responsibility under Article 312 part 1 th. 309 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. After the contractor took action, the violations were eliminated. At the same time, for the lack of control in relation to the supervision of the Production Cooperative “Institute Kazgiprovodkhoz” and technical supervision of LLP “Belko-Stroy”, measures were taken under Article 317-1 part 1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To date, through the efforts of the contractor st. Aldiyar and st. Zhana kurylys are covered with rubble to the full width of the street. Currently, work is underway to fill the sidewalk from gravel-crushed stone mixture of Zhana Kurylys-1, 2, 6, Aksengir, Babazhanov, Kenzhekey, Turan, Orakty Batyr, Kerimsal, Kazyna, Monke bi, Mukhitdinova, Sultan streets.
