B. Sagintayev checked the progress of the construction of engineering networks and social facilities in new neighborhoods
During a working detour, the Akim of Almaty, Bakhytzhan Sagintayev, got acquainted with the development of engineering and road transport infrastructure, construction of social facilities in Shanyrak, Rakhat-Madeniet, Shapagat and the Uzhet Alatau microdistrict.
At the same time, the akim of Almaty B. Sagintayev visited the Nauryzbay, Turksib, Medeu districts, where he also got acquainted with the progress of infrastructure development of micro-districts, which is being carried out within the framework of the comprehensive plan "New Almaty".
The akim of the megapolis B. Sagintayev visited the center for the development of traditional crafts of the Alatau region. About 80 women in difficult life situations, including mothers with many children, are trained with sewing skills and take courses to become cosmetologists and hairdressers. Here, children are engaged in various developmental workshops. The project has been in demand, so the district akim was instructed to find a new spacious building for the center.
B. Sagintayev got acquainted with the projects for the construction of water supply and sewerage distribution networks and the reconstruction of power lines in the Rahat-Madeniet microdistrict. Also, the city akim visited the construction site of a new school for 1500 places, which is planned to be commissioned by the end of this year. In addition, the possibility of building a kindergarten in the Rahat Madeniet microdistrict is being considered.
Meanwhile, in the microdistrict Shanyrak-5 construction of a 6.4 km new road will begin. Inert materials have been prepared. Construction will begin with the establishment of warm weather. Residents of this microdistrict told B. Sagintayev about the problems with the legalization of houses. On behalf of the akim of Almaty, the land relations department will deal with this issue.
This year, the construction of 45.7 km of water supply networks and 53.7 km of sewerage networks will begin in md. Shanyrak-1. In md. Uzhet, 83.4 km of water supply and sewerage networks have been laid and are being put into operation. 11.2 km of roads will be built, and for another 4.6 km we will carry out medium repairs. B. Sagintayev instructed to strengthen control over contractors in order to ensure the quality of the work carried out.
The akim of the city also checked whether the issue of the resident of the Shanyrak-1 microdistrict was resolved, who addressed B. Sagintayev during the reporting meeting regarding the gas pipe that blocked the passage. The problem has been solved: an arch has been made to allow both passenger cars and trucks to pass.
During the working detour, the akim of the megapolis got acquainted with the projects for the improvement of the pond in the microdistrict Uzhet, and the construction of a new school in the Shapagat microdistrict, where 37.56 km of engineering networks are also being built.
Let us remind you, that this is the second visit this year to the annexed microdistricts of the Alatau region, where the construction of engineering communications, roads, lighting networks and landscaping is underway.
