In Almaty discussed the questions of development and support of entrepreneurship

Today Almaty has been formed as the city without a raw economy, where the trade and the services take 80% of taxes of it, 34% of GRP and more than 50% of taxes are from the medium and the small business.

In 2017 years the budget of the city’s development was nearly 150 milliards tenge with opening more than 26000 working places.

More than 4.5 thousands businessmen will be provided with the state services.

“Thanks to the support of the Head of the republic, within the framework of the anti-crisis measures for infrastructure projects and house building had 32.9 milliards tenge for 2016 years , including 19.7 milliards by “Nurly zhol” .43 milliards were allotted from a local budget according to the anti-crisis program. Within the framework of entrepreneurship support new elaborating manufactures of industry were opened in last two years. The city was on the first place according to the numbers of adopted projects from the beginning of BRM -2020’s realization”, mentioned B.Baibek.

According to his speech, the communal objects are being privatized in the city , which orients for the business interests and the principles of Yellow Pages: the state must not make service provided by the business. The governor of the Almaty city mentioned that the optimized budget means must be directed to the project with a multiplicative effect and to the potential of engagement and stimulation of SMB.

For example, 16.6 milliards tenge were directed to the population support in 2016 years by the optimization of budget. More than 100000 people had the social welfare from the local budget for the first time.

Nearly 3 milliards tenge were directed to the provision of children in the kinder garden. It made ease for 23000 tenge to the parents’ pocket each month.

In total, the action for development , support, and an improvement of business condition of the entrepreneurship is in the process in the city. So, the businessman chamber is open for access to the data of monopolist for monitoring techservices . The representatives of ENCH and business included in the part of key consulting-informing organs. In the result of commission work by the local provision monitoring , the share of kaz-provision in Almaty has raised for two times and has been 54%.

Cooperatively with the fund “Damu”, the city program “Zhibek zholy” is realized for 8 milliards tenge for two years and 127 projects are supported in the trade and service spheres. Crediting “Almaty-onim”, ”Almaty-innovation”, ”Almaty tourism” have been started by the suggestion of regional chamber’s businessmen.

New productions in machinery ,building, light, chemical, food and pharmacological industries have a potential in the industrial zone where realizes 38 projects for 174 milliards tenge.

More than 5000 new working places will be opened. More than 50% of productions are oriented to export.
